have national statistic database that says tyc graduates do as well or better than univ students. Group no longer functioning. One Dupont Circle group funded the study.

Engineering courses requirement by ABET that teachers of eng courses need to be professional engineer.

much lower percent of courses in engineering so get less incentive from others.

Universities keep changing requirements - need articulation agreement with universities

Articulation agreement - If student had a associates degree, should be able to transfer.

need a associates of science degree in pre-engineering.

first phase would be to publish success stories of increased enrollment from programs like this one.

Need more transfer scholarships
